Upside Down Culture
This workshop takes a holistic upside-down look at our usual cultural understanding and approach to productivity, efficiency and imagination. It focuses on an understanding of a New Culture in a way that points to personal renewal, which leads to cultural renewal.
Productivity: How does our view of input versus output affect our view not only of our work, but of ourselves as well? We will also look at the role that play has in our view of productivity.
Efficiency: What is the root of efficiency? What roles do Time Management and Task Management play in answering the question of who we want to become? How should we consider sustainability?
Imagination: Throughout this discussion, we will unpack what are hindrances to our imagination and what solutions, as well as exercises, might address those hindrances. We will also explore the importance of imagination.
This workshop runs between 2-3 hours.
